My interpretation of „Trust“

 Hi everyone!

I know it has been a while since my last post but today I somehow wish to share something with you that is quite important to me : trust

In my interpretation of that term, there are several aspects, mainly the trust in yourself, the trust in others and the trust in life. (Still, I’ll try to keep it short ^^)

i) The trust in yourself: there is the aspect of self acceptance that I wrote about before, but there is also the point of believing in your talents, listening to your feelings and your intuition, trying out new things without thinking of possible failures and daring to be curious…

ii) The trust in others: I have that feeling that since we all belong to the same human family, we might just also try to have more trust towards others. And I don’t mean only your family and closest friends, no, I really mean other human beings – whether we know them or not. If we are trusting another person, we are automatically open to meet, to discover his/her character, ways of thinking, etc.

iii) The trust in life: that is, for me, another important aspect of trust. It means that, regardless of our current circumstances, we might just be confident that the best is yet to come and look forward to the adventures to come!

Please don’t get me wrong: I don’t mean that I have some pink glasses and everything is great all the time. I just think that instead of putting stamps on each other, building mental walls and worrying about everything to come, we might as well start with a good dose of trust and, if needed, “dust it”*  a bit -[credits to Tami ♡]

Also, the trust shouldn’t keep us to “close up” and recenter if the conditions are not at their best…just the way that flowers do

What do you think about it? What is your vision of trust?

All the best to y’all,

The Smurf
